Delivery Policy

We deliver flowers and other gifts to all the cities in the San Francisco South Bay Area and San Jose Silicon Valley. We guarantee next-day delivery for all orders placed in advance except Sunday, when we are closed. All deliveries are made during our business hours. The latest possible delivery time is 7 pm PST. We deliver to both home and business addresses. However deliveries scheduled after 3 pm PST are limited to only home addresses.

We do not deliver our products to shopping malls and university/college campuses.

For funeral or sympathy orders, please note the following schedule:

• For Monday delivery, orders must be received no later than Saturday at 12 noon PST.

• For deliveries on Tuesday through Saturday, the order must be received no later than 3 p.m. PST on the day before delivery.

• A local delivery fee based on the delivery zip code will be added to each order, for each address.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure that your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers: In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but we may substitute another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a container of similar beauty and value will be used.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute another color if your first choice is unavailable. If the plant container shown online is not available, a container of similar beauty and quality will be used.

Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy


If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your order. We will send a replacement, or we will refund the full purchase price, as long as the recipient returns the original product to the florist who made the delivery.

Late Payment Policy


The customer shall pay Flowers and Balloons by Anna a late charge fee, if he/she fails to pay for the provided services in full within 5 business days after the date of the service. The late charge shall be $15.00 plus 15% from the total amount per month that the service continues to be unpaid including the first month from the date of service.
